Sarah Geronimo relieved over “Lloydie-Ruffa” affair!

Singer-actress Sarah Geronimo is relieved that her name now will not be dragged into o the break-up of John Lloyd Cruz and stylist Liz Uy.

It made headlines before that one of the cause of John Lloyd and Liz split is her being close to her leading man which the pop princess vehemently denied the allegation.

Now that John Lloyd Cruz and Ruffa Gutierrez’s alleged budding love affair is already out in the open the singer admitted that she was “somehow relieved” by the situation.

“Kasi may image akong inaalagaan sa mga kabataan. At iyong ma-involve sa ganoong intriga, something serious, ay talagang hindi biro. Relieved lang,” Geronimo said during the launching of Careline’s newest commercial on Wednesday.

All that Sarah could say to the Cruz-Gutierrez alleged hook up is that she is happy for the couple. Her only wish though is for her leading man in “A Very Special Love” and “You Changed My Life” is for him to be happy.

“Siguro kung ano lang po ang makakapagpaligaya sa kanya sana po ay makuha niya ‘yong true happiness,” she said.

She also made an appeal to all their fans who were still hoping that she and the young actor would end up as a real couple.

“Inevitable iyan na mag-hope sila na magkataluyan ang dalawang artista na magkaparehas sa pelikula na magkatuluyan. Pero iyon ang kailangang tanggapin din ng mga tao na parte iyon ng trabaho ng pagiging artista,” the singer added.

She maintained though that she is not closing her doors to another team-up with the young actor.

“Kung gugustuhin nilang magpatuloy ang tandem namin, okay naman,” Geronimo added.
