John Lloyd Cruz deported?

John Lloyd Cruz was reportedly deported from Japan!

John Lloyd Cruz left Manila for Japan last Saturday together with his road manager aboard Philippine Airlines flight 432 at around 4:00 p.m. bound for Narita, Japan. But last Sunday he was back in Manila after allegedly being denied entry to the said country.

John Lloyd went to Japan with a tourist visa in hand it was then discovered by the Japanese Immigration officer upon interrogation that he is there to perform in Japan and for that he needs a working visa. And that was the main reason that he was not allowed to enter the country.

John Lloyd Cruz issued no statement yet on the issue.

UPDATE:

The road manager said the actor eventually returned to Japan. “Since hindi naman void ang visa, lumipad siya pabalik the next day. Nandoon pa sila now.”

Cruz is expected to clarify the issue once he flies back to Manila.
