Philippine High School for the Arts Scholarship is now open for applicants!

The Philippine Science High School for the Arts in Makiling, Laguna is now accepting applicants for their scholarship for schoolyear 2010-1011!
They’re now searching for 40 graduating grade 6 or 7 students from public or private schools.
Qualification:
- graduating grade 6 or 7 students from public or private schools,
- with exceptional talents in music, dance, visual arts, creative writing, drama,
Each PHSA scholar is provided free tuition, housing, food, and monthly allowance. Each student will get at least P300,000 a year.
All applications, documents, and requirements must be received by the ANSYAS Committee on or before the following dates:
Luzon applicants – 08 February 2010
Visayas applicants – 22 February 2010
Mindanao applicants – 08 March 2010

i am a passer of this school last 2008. I am the only one who passed in western visayas (Region 6). At that time, i also wanted to study here but it ended up studying on other schools due to some reasons like, the school is so far. But now, i think i could already study there.. could i still apply as a third year student there even though 2 years had passed already?.. please reply.
